Jamtha International Cricket Stadium bags Occupancy Certificate

Many of the cricket and other stadiums have often worried about getting the occupancy certificate by their concerned Regional Development Authority bodies and so was the case with the popular Nagpur Stadium commonly known as the Jamtha Cricket Stadium. But as per the latest buzz, the VCA or the Vidarbha Cricket Association seems to have got a big relief as they have got the Occupany Certificate by the concerned body called the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority or NMRDA.

As per reports, the body has now issued an Occupancy Certificate or the OC to the Jamtha International Cricket Stadium owned by the VCA. With this certificate, one can find the VCA to use the stadium for any event without worrying about any permissions, which seemed hanging over its head in the early cases. With the OC, the issues like VCA losing certain land for the Maha Metro has also vanished.

As per reports, the NMRDA, the DP will not construct a 24 m wide road, which will run parallel to the current Wardha road. However, the VCS is now expecting to get the major certificate to get as per the compliance of the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB). This certificate is as vital as getting the OC as it takes care of adding security to the humongous structure like a stadium. Now, in the next step, the VCA would be gaining the same.
