In the city from Thursday Indian Social Work Congress

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari will inaugurate the 3-day seminar on Thursday morning at 11.30 am at Matru Seva Sangh Institute of Social Work campus, Bajaj Nagar.

Nagpur: National Association of Professional Social Workers in India (NAPSWI) and Maharashtra Association of Social Work Educators (MASWE) and will organize the 9th Indian Social Work Congress-2021 in the association with Matru Seva Sangh Institute of Social Work (MSSISW) here from the Thursday.

State’s Energy Minister whose name is Nitin Raut. He will be the chief guest. Former VC of Nagpur University, SP Kane and Senior social worker Dr. Abhay Bang will also be present on the occasion.

Sanjay Bhatt, former President of the National Association of Professional Social Workers in India, Lata Deshmukh, Secretary of Matri Sewa Sangh and her successor RP Dwivedi, Ambadas Mohite, founder the member of Maharashtra Association of Social Work Educators. And along with the Chairman Dr. Deepak Walokar, Secretary of this organizing committee Prof. Keshav Walke will share this platform.

Various Topics Discussed Online

Secretary of this organizing committee Prof. Keshav Walke has said that its first seminar will also be on ‘Nation Building, Vision 2030 and Social Service Sector’. Various topics will be discussed online in both English and Hindi at the time of the event. The biggest objective of this entire event will be to discuss the role and contribution of the social service sector in nation building through the 10-point dimension of the Government of India.

He has appealed to every person working in this field of social service, researchers, intellectuals, and students to participate in the online seminar.

Around 450 persons have registered for this program. In which apart from 5 plenary sessions, there will be about 20 parallel sessions on different subjects.
