Ankit Gupta has definitely been one of the hidden gems of the sixteenth season of “Bigg Boss”. He has not only enthralled the audience with his very witty one-liners, but Rather scolded other contestants for their hypocritical behavior and thrashed them. And we got to see a glimpse of it in Tuesday’s episode as well.
A task was conducted where Bigg Boss asked the contestants to stand in a box and if they got three or more buzzers then they would be nominated for the week. When it was Nimrit Ahluwalia’s turn to stand in the well, Ankit pressed the buzzer and then said that he had done an injustice to Sajid Khan by not allowing him to participate at all. When he was telling the reason, Nimrit Ahluwalia interrupted him, then Ankit said that he is a fake feminist.
She went on to say that feminism means equality and that one cannot be a true feminist at all by pulling other women down. She has also said that she uses abusive language for Priyanka Chahar Chowdhary, which also shows how hypocritical she is. The family members are stunned by this talk of Ankit. Well, the young actor has not only been appreciated at home but has also impressed the audience.
Ankit Gupta wants to be a provider and protector
Though Nimrit Ahluwalia survives, Ankit fighting this game of fake feminism shows that he is not at all afraid to say what he thinks is right or wrong.
Then later during the day, Ankit along with Sajid Khan and other housemates were having a conversation about the term “alpha male”. He also tells them that he ultimately feels that “alpha male” is a negative term because it implies that they are dominating their mates.
However, he has also confessed that he believes heavily in the word “alpha” which means to be a provider and protector.
This statement has made his fans and audience, especially the girls, go crazy for him. He just can’t stop taking pride in the fact that in a world where everyone wants to be the alpha male, Ankit Gupta also wants to be a provider and protector.
