City Government ITI to have its Course on Rafel and Jet Design

A good news there for the Students of Nagpur as the Government Industrial Training Institute will have its first course on aviation-related courses under the title ‘Aeronautical structure and equipment fitter’. This will be first of its kind course in the city for which the students of SSC pass out students would be eligible. All thanks to the French aircraft manufacturer Dassault Aviation group, the two-year post-SSC course is most likely to be announced on September 27 by the ITI Nagpur.

It will be a skill-based course and it aims to prepare skilled professionals for the aviation industry which seems to be adding up like fuel in the country. The City also has its first fast-developing unit at Mihan-SEZ which is developed in association with the French groups like Dassault, Boeing, TAL, and HAL. Besides the IAF’s maintenance command the students would be empowered with knowledge by the giant group Dassault, which is popular for producing a number of passenger aircraft Falcon and the recently procured fighter plans called jet Rafale.

The notifications have received earlier for the admission but the Directorate of Education and Vocational Training have only allocated 20 seats for the said course. The students who have already applied and have sought admission in courses of electrician and plumbing can even apply for the same and they would be admitted as per the merit basis and not any other reservation. Its a big achievement for the city to have one of its kind course for the ITI students. Stay tuned to know more about the news.
