CM Eknath Shinde targeted Uddhav and Aditya

This was a direct reply to former CM Thackeray's statement in the Council on Monday.

Nagpur: Eknath Shinde has also given a blunt reply to Uddhav Thackeray during the discussion on the Karnataka-Maharashtra issue and the resolution passed by both these houses on 27th December. “Someone also said that I was in the Shiv Sena when I started the movement for Belgaum. Let me also tell everyone that I am still a Shiv Sainik of Balasaheb,” he said.

This was a direct reply to former CM Thackeray’s statement in the Council on Monday, when he said, “When you faced lathis during the Belgaum movement, you were in the Shiv Sena. But, now you have also crossed the limit.”

Eknath Shinde has also taken a jibe at Aaditya Thackeray after the Worli MLA joined MVA members during a protest on the steps of Vidhan Bhawan. Eknath Shinde said, “Anyway, my victory lies in getting people out of the four walls of their homes. Right now they are on the streets and on the steps (of the assembly).”

CM Shinde replied to Parab in a very aggressive manner

The noise of discussion has increased even more Because Shiv Sena (UBT) MLC Anil Parab has demanded that Eknath Shinde should take an oath in the name of Balasaheb that no one from his group is going to contest elections on the BJP ticket in any way. “CM Shinde said that even if a single MLA from his group loses the election, I will resign. I want Shinde to take an oath in the name of Balasaheb that no one from your group will contest elections on a BJP ticket,” Parab said.

He further added a political challenge, saying, “You fight on your own and defeat us, we will welcome that. But do it on your own, not on a BJP ticket.”

CM Shinde also replied to Parab in a very aggressive manner and said, “You had also said that I should take oath in the name of Balasaheb, then remember this. The day you went with Congress and NCP for political power, you lost all right to speak about Balasaheb. This is the only one we have now.”
