Major Major leakage hampers the water in City

In a major water leakage in city, the water supply is going to remain affected in city. The civic administration of the city and Orange city Water have now found out the leakage near Morris College T Poinsst square recently. In order to plug the leakage, they have now planned to take the 24 hours shutdown on 1st March starting from Sunday. The work will progress on the said day that would hamper the supply of water from 29th Feb to 1st of March till 10 pm.

Due to this, the water supply in the entire areas like Telipura, Sitabuldi area, Koshtipura, Tekdi Road, Modi No 1, 2, 3, Ramdaspeth, Chhoti Dhantoli, Netaji Market, Central Bazar Road, Sangal Chawal and others would remain hampered for long.

As per the officials of NMC and OCW, they have now appealed to the people to adjust for a day from the affected areas to store as much water they can so that they can sustain in the coming days during the shutdown time frame.
