This is only possible when you have the right attitude claimed Chitra Soni the owner of city known cooking classes called Ruchira Cooking Classes Nagpur. She was addressing a group of home chefs in Nagpur in Personality and Attitude Session.
The session was arranged by a city chef called Nativ Chef at the premises of IIM Campus located at VNIT, Nagpur. While talking in the session, she gave a number of tips to handle criticism, overcoming weaknesses and doing a number of other things. She added home chefs are women entrepreneurs, which have achievable goals that ensure that these can be achieved nicely with the sense of discipline and work. She further said the women entrepreneur is supposed to carry out multi tasks and thus need to have a talented persona.
They have to look at their home, kids, family and other things as well. She was talking a group of home chefs from Nagpur who are enjoyed at the work place of Nativ Chefs, which happens to be a startup project giving the home chefs a platform to hone and portray their cooking skills. The PD workshop also had other sessions like Food the source of Nutrition, methods of cooking with cultural influences and so on, which was dealt with Dr. Pratima Shastri. On the other side, Dr. Renuka Mainde talked on Quality Management, and Recipe standardization along with topics like time management.
