NMC launches the app “Nagpur Live City” for Grievance Management

The city civic body often called NMC or the Nagpur Municipal Corporation is back in the news as it has embarked upon with a Citizen Grievance Management Software Application. It was designed under the guidance of the NMC Commissioner Mr. Tukaram Mundhe for benefitting the citizens. You can share all your grievances about a wide range of civic services including Water Supply, Schools Electrical supply, and Education, Property Tax, Solid Waste Management, Birth and Death Registration, and so on.

Besides, you can even register for the Unsafe buildings, and removal of fallen trees to name a few. All your complaints and grievances would be fixed with the help of this App in a time-bound and hassle-free fashion. The app seems to have designed keeping the citizen at the center. It also offers the citizen access to the app on the fingertip thus resolving the grievances related to the civic services.

Some of the key features of this app including getting quick registration by filling the required details, getting the successful registration by signing up with the help of registering any citizen service complaint. Also, the citizen can track the status of the complaint made and so on. The app is designed in such a way that it can even assign the task to the concerned people of the NMC. The authority will be able to resolve the grievances in time-bound fashion. The app was released yesterday by the city Mayor in the presence of the NMC commissioner and other personalities of the city.
