Start Feeder Buses at Metro Stations claims authorities

As per the recent buzz in the city, the Maha Metro authorities have submitted a proposal to start feeder bus services in the city for the stations falling between Sitabuldi to Khapri line. The report has been submitted to Mr. Abhijeet Bangar the Municipal commissioner. Currently, we have seen the Metro moving at the speed of 80 Kmph on the Reach-1 with the frequent services.

As per the proposal submitted to the NMC on the behalf of Maha Metro, the feeder bus services should start from the 13 routes from the stations. The NMC Commissioner applauded the proposal, which was presented before the director of the city body along with others. He assured that his team would think about this proposal and then drive different routes for a hassle-free transport facility for its citizens. He assured the Maha Metro officials that he would take a proposal ahead to start the services at some stations.

As per a survey carried out by the Maha Metro, there seems to be a requirement for the feeder buses for the commuters. As per the given format the feeder bus services would be going as under:

Mhalgi Nagar to Jai Prakash Nagar – Mhalgi Nagar. The Feeder Bus Service will run on a frequency of half an hour between 6.40 am to 8.10 pm. The stops for the bus include Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, Uday Nagar, Tapasya Vidyalaya, Manewada Chowk, Omkar Nagar, Rameshwari Ring Road, Tukaram Auditorium, Narendra Nagar, Panchdeep Nagar, and Jai ​​Prakash Nagar.

Similarly, the feeder bus would run between Jai Prakash Nagar to Jaytala in the same time frame and would cover different locations. Ashtavinayak Nagar, Prasad Nagar, Surve Nagar Phata, NIT Complexes, Indraprastha Pannase Layout Phata, Umate College, Deendayal Nagar, Dhomane Auditorium, Swalambi Nagar, Agne Layout, Telecom Nagar, Khamla Bazar Chowk, Jai Prakash Nagar.
