Nagpur: In the Vidarbha region, five new cases of coronavirus have come out in a single day on Monday. And this number is not very worrying at all, but it is the highest since the date of April 12 because since then less than five covid cases are being received daily in this area. And Nagpur city has also registered four out of five covid cases. And the number of tests conducted in the last 24 hours was just over 1,000.
Due to the ban on random testing, the number of daily tests has come down drastically in the last few days. And most, of those who have symptoms, are suggested to get themselves tested and a very limited number of people go for RT-PCR. In the last 24 hours, only 197 tests have been done for covid in district Nagpur.
A total of seven coronavirus patients have been cured even in a single day. After recovering two covid patients from Buldhana, the district has once again become coronavirus free.
Chandrapur: On Monday, the district has remained covid-free for the fifth consecutive day and in the last 24 hours, only about 206 samples that tested negative have been found. With this, the caseload has stood at 98,961, out of which about 97,393 covid patients have been cured. The toll of the district is 1,567. And there is not a single active case in the district at all.
Wardha: No new covid case has come out of the 48 new investigation reports on Monday in the district. The caseload, recovery, and toll of the district remained stable at 58,110, 57,147, and 1,351 respectively. Also, the district is currently free from covid as there is no active covid case.
Yavatmal: The district remained coronavirus free for the 39th consecutive day, keeping the death toll almost unchanged at 1,803. Along with this, the administration has also received reports of about 186 investigations and the reports of all have come covid negative.
Amravati: Out of 114 samples tested in the district, a new covid case came to the fore, But on Monday, no one got well in the district and no one died.
