Nagpur: On 1 November The (CSSWA) CBSE School Staff Welfare Association has decided to hold a sit-in in the city to press for the demand of a state-level tribunal for the right solution to the problems of all the teachers. The president of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) School Staff Welfare Association named Deepali Dably, has said that the ‘Jan Andolan’ will be held at Constitution Square only.

Deepali has said that at present there is not a single School Tribunal constituted by the state or central government for every employee of Central Board of Secondary Education from all over Maharashtra. Now it is desperately needed for redressal of grievances of every single non-teaching staff along with teaching working in these independent Central Board of Secondary Education schools. Now, this has also resulted in the professional exploitation of all the staff working for similar CBSE schools.

Deepali has also said that Across India out of about 24,000 independent CBSE schools, Maharashtra private CBSE schools have 1,070.

Deepali has also said that “they are affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education. And follow this syllabus, syllabus well and also keep textbooks prescribed according to CBSE. and employs more than 1 lakh non-teaching and teaching staff. Only about 95% of them are women.”

Deepali has also said that now setting up of School Tribunals for all the non-teaching and teaching staff of Central Board of Secondary Education schools across Maharashtra has become the very need of the hour.
Now there is no such school tribunal in any corner of the state where the grievances of all non-teaching and teaching staff can be redressed.

While addressing the media on Saturday, Deepali has also said that now the only solution is to start a mass movement. Deepali has also said that with the utmost seriousness of the above subject as well as for speedy and effective fulfillment and implementation of the business demands of each and every Central Board of Secondary Education employees of Maharashtra, we have now decided to organize this mass movement. Because now this is the need of the hour.
