100% Summer Placement for 244 Post Graduate Management Students at IIM-Nagpur
With this the highest stipend this season has been ₹3,60,000 and the average stipend is ₹70,551. Which is 44% and 12.50% more respectively than the last placement season.
Nagpur: The summer placement process for the 7th batch of its flagship PGP, IIM-N (IIM-Nagpur) has been well completed.
With this the highest stipend this season has been ₹3,60,000 and the average stipend is ₹70,551. Which is 44% and 12.50% more respectively than the last placement season. Children are also required to complete a mandatory two-month summer internship at the end of their first-year course.
The year 2021-23 batch will start their internship from the month of April.
In the same year itself, IIM-Nagpur again achieved 100% placement by the date of January 28, with an increase of 17.78% in the intake of about 244 children. In the same year, more than 77 recruiters from different sectors like Oil, BFSI, gas, e-commerce, analytics, FMCG/FMCD, consulting, Ed-Tech and retail participated in the process.
This year 2022 has also seen the participation of some first-time recruiters, Which were also offering double marks to the students.
Some organizations even enroll students to do their most prominent internship programs.
Career Development Services
Sales & Marketing and IT/ITES had emerged as the most demanding sectors, Then there is the fast-growing consumer goods/durables, more than 50% of the batch have opted for a summer internship in these fields.
The current year has also seen participation from Consultancy, Health & Pharma, E-commerce, Media & Entertainment, In which more than 20% of the batch have got selected profiles in these areas. Marketing and Consulting were also the most sought after profiles. Finance, Roles in analytics, and operations were also offered.

Along with this the training imparted is second to none and is also a testament to the holistic learning environment at the institute.
