Amaravati reports region first death after 10 days
In 11 districts, the number of COVID tests conducted during the festival of Diwali has increased to about 3,764,
Nagpur: After a gap of almost 10 days, now this region has recorded its first covid death from the Amravati district. This district last reported a death due to covid about 48 days ago. The last death in Vidarbha came out in Nagpur on the date of 27 October.
In about 11 districts, the number of COVID tests conducted during the festival of Diwali has increased to about 3,764, which is more than half of this number. And yet apart from 2 recoveries, only 8 new cases of coronavirus have been found in this area.
Amravati: 3 new coronavirus cases were found in this district a day, The caseload of the district has reached 96,155. There have been a total of 94,552 in 1 recovery in the district. Because of this, 6 active coronavirus patients are being treated.
Wardha: A total of 42 reports have been received in this district and none of them have tested positive for covid-19 on Saturday. The caseload stands at 49410, the district’s recovery is up to 48075 and the toll remains unchanged at 1326. Because no new death or recovery of any kind had come to the fore in this district. 5 covid positive cases are also active.
Yavatmal: The toll remains unchanged at 1,787 in this district, no one died and no positive patient was found on Saturday. 7 active covid-19 positive patients are also under treatment in Yavatmal. Out of about 72,914 positive covid-19 patients, about 71,120 have been completely cured. The test positivity rate of the district is up to 9.61%, the fatality rate of the district is 2.45% and the daily positivity rate of the district is 0.
Chandrapur: Due to 1 single detection in this district and no recovery in the district, the number of active coronavirus patients has increased to 12 on Saturday. The caseload in Chandrapur district has increased to 88,818, while the total recovery of the district has gone up to 87,264. Total 1,542 deaths.
Washim: No new coronavirus case of any kind has been registered in this district and not a single one. The patient of coronavirus is not cured, Whereas in Washim the toll has remained unchanged. 3 coronavirus patients are under treatment.
Gondia: Not a single new coronavirus case or death has been reported in Gondia. There has been no recovery in the district as the district has been Covid-19 free.
Buldhana: No case of covid-19 has come to the fore. No recovery information has come out in the district. 7 covid-19 patients are undergoing treatment.
Akola: 1 new covid-19 case has come out in Akola. 1 covid-19 patient has been cured. 9 covid-19 patients are still undergoing treatment.
Gadchiroli: No new case has been registered and there has been no recovery of any kind in the district. Three covid-19 patients are still being treated in the district.
