Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: Rhea Chakraborty Files Petition in Supreme Court

In the recent buzz around the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, we hear that the late actor’s father KK Singh has lodged a six-page FIR against the actress Rhea Chakraborty in Patna Police Station. As per reports, the Bihar Police has sent their four officers to Mumbai to investigate the matter as Sushant’s father has alleged that Rhea has instigated his son to take his own life. 

In the FIR, various sections have been slapped on the alleged girlfriend of the late actor including stealing 15 crores from Sushant’s account when he was alive along with creating many problems that led to the suicide of the actor. This has led a twist in the case of the late actor’s suicide in Mumbai. Now, as per the latest buzz, Rhea was seen away from her home that led the rumors that she is absconding. While the fact of the matter is she was busy filing a petition in Supreme Court.

As per her petition, she wants the case to be transferred to Mumbai as she is not willing to travel to Patna. While on the other side, Sushant’s father has lodged the FIR in Patna only as he cannot travel to Mumbai too frequently due to his ill health. On the side, the lawyers of KK Singh have alleged that Rhea is guilty that’s why she is not willing to face the trial in Patna. She has been getting help from Mumbai Police to keep her away from the case. Stay tuned to know more on it.
