Chandrapur-Mul-Gadchiroli road has been declared National Highway
Everything in these two vehicles, including the bodies, was burnt to ashes. The police were also seen collecting the mound’s ashes and bone parts in sacks. Along with this, the body has been handed over to the relatives of the deceased.
The Chandrapur-Mul-Gadchiroli road has been declared National Highway 930 many years ago, but still remains a single road with Ajaypur. Also, a bridge over a local Andheri river on the road is very narrow and has seen a lot of accidents in the past.
MLA Sudhir Mungantiwar had given 13 reminder letters to the National Highway Authority to build a wide bridge over the Andheri river but to no avail.
