Nagpur: A teenage girl committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling noose at her residence in Friends Colony, Gittikhadan on Wednesday. The reason behind the girl taking such a drastic step is yet to be ascertained.

Juhi Rajesh Giri (16), a resident of Friends Colony D20 Aakar Nagar of Gittikhadan police station area. Died in the evening between 6.30 pm and 7 pm on Wednesday. She has ended his own life by hanging himself from the ceiling noose at his residence.

On the basis of the information, this case of accidental death has been registered by Gittikhadan PSI Shedmake. And now the matter is being investigated from all angles.

Two goons fatally attacked a hotelier

Nagpur: In the Ganeshpeth police station area, two goons attacked a hotelier on Tuesday for not eating food late in the night. And now both the accused of assault have been arrested.

Both the accused have been identified as Sagar Liladhar Dhanjode (23) and Ishwar alias Yogi Diliprao Anuj (24), residents of the palace.

According to the police, the complainant Durgaprasad Ramnaresh Pandey (43) is the owner of the Ambika Bhojanalaya, Near Ganeshpeth bus terminus, resident of Plot number 32, Parvati Nagar. On Tuesday, around 11.30 pm, both the accused Anuj and Dhanjode came to the hotel and asked Durgaprasad for food.

When Durgaprasad and his brother refused to let him inside the hotel. And when they were asked to take the parcel, the accused started abusing them. They attacked Durgaprasad’s brother with a sharp weapon and beat up Durgaprasad’s brother with the intention of killing him.

The Ganeshpeth police have registered a case against the accused. Under sections 506, 307, 294 and 34 of the IPC along with sections 135 of the Mumbai Police Act on the basis of Durgaprasad’s complaint. And it is also being told that both the accused have also been arrested.
