1 recovery in Nagpur, 1 case in Washim
In the last 24 hours, about 2,147 tests have been done in the Vidarbha region. Akola and Yavatmal have also continued their Covid-free run to the fullest.
Nagpur: Only one new case of coronavirus has come out in the Vidarbha region on Tuesday, while one covid patient has been cured. While Washim district has reported the new Covid case, Nagpur has also reported the day’s only recovery. Along with this, the number of covid patients under treatment in the same area has remained unchanged at 19.
In the last 24 hours, about 2,147 tests have been done in the Vidarbha region. Akola and Yavatmal have also continued their Covid-free run to the fullest. Zero new covid cases have also been reported in Wardha, Bhandara, Gondia, and Amravati.
District Nagpur has conducted 694 tests in the last 24 hours. Out of which 588 have happened in Nagpur city alone and all came negative. Of the six covid patients under treatment, three each are from Nagpur City (NMC) and Nagpur Rural (ZP) area. The only covid patient who got cured on Tuesday was also from Nagpur city. In Nagpur also all the six covid patients under treatment have been in home isolation.
Yavatmal: This was the 47th consecutive day for Yavatmal. No new coronavirus case was found in this district, And the death toll remained unchanged at 1,803 and the number of positive patients reported so far is 79,065. And along with this, the administration has also received 192 investigation reports and the reports of all came covid negative. And the mortality rate is 2.28%, the test positivity rate has been 9.22% and the DPR is zero. Of the 8,57,985 samples processed so far, 7,78,922 have been found negative.
Chandrapur: Out of 178 samples tested even on Tuesday, no new covid case has come to the fore. Due to non-recovery, the number of active covid patients under treatment has remained stable at two.
Wardha: Wardha district is running with coronavirus free status as no new cases were found from 94 test reports done on Tuesday, While no one was under active covid positive treatment at all. Recovery, caseload, and toll remained unchanged at 57,147, 58,110, and 1,351 respectively.
