Six new Covid cases in Nagpur, Central Railway Nagpur Division observes Swachh Neer
On Sunday, 6 persons have tested positive for Covid-19 in Nagpur city, and 15 people have recovered completely. With the rise and fall in the daily coronavirus figures, the active count stands at 79 in Nagpur city as of now.

Nagpur: On Sunday, 6 persons have tested positive for Covid-19 in Nagpur city, and 15 people have recovered completely. With the rise and fall in the daily coronavirus figures, the active count stands at 79 in Nagpur city as of now.
Out of all the positive cases of coronavirus during the day, 4 cases were reported in the city, Six new Covid cases in nagpur and only single cases were reported from rural areas and outside the district.
The cumulative number of positive cases of coronavirus has reached near 493269. Out of the cumulative cases, around 6,847 persons who tested positive for coronavirus are not residents of Nagpur city itself.
Due to the increase in the number of fresh coronavirus cases and not recovering well in 1 day, the recovery rate is 97.93%. With the recovery of more patients, the number of people recovering in the city has reached 4,830,70 in the present time.
No one has died due to Covid-19 in the city even on Sunday. And with these, the total death toll stood at 10,120, out of which 1,624 were residents of the city.
Central Railway Nagpur Division observes Swachh Neer
The major water consumer is the railways. The railways have been entrusted with the very difficult task of serving a large number of passengers every day. And Central Railway is committed to provide absolutely clean and quality potable water to all its people through continuous monitoring and supervision of water supply processes. Keeping this in mind, Swachh Neer Diwas was celebrated on this day inside Central Railway.
Wherein all the major stations of the zone. As well as the rest of the stations have also activated their respective medical staff. As well as all the sanitation workers for water testing and cleaning of the water stand. And drinking water areas respectively.
All the officers of the city station have supervised the good cleanliness of the water storage. Tanks and the surrounding areas of the city. Along with this, water samples have also been taken from food plaza kitchen. Platform water stand and water cooler and residual chlorine has also been tested very well. In Nagpur city except at Balharshah, Warora, Chandrapur and Betul stations.
This cleanliness fortnight will continue till 30.09.2021 in Nagpur city division.
