Now City Motorists can their Vehicle Info online
The growing space of the Internet has changed the world upside down. Every other department has been hooked with the internet and thanks to the growing use of the Internet in and around the world. Now, we see the RTO or Road Transport Organization taking resort in the internet-based technology to overcome the issues like the record of non-digitisation of registration cars, along with the two-wheelers and transport vehicles, and the transport department’s office that has been asked for the help of citizens.
This is been done with the help of launching ‘Citizen Self Backlog Module’ wherein the motorists get the chance to update all the information about their two or four-wheeled vehicles on the online platform on their own and without seeking anybody’s help. Mr. Shekhar Channe the State’s transport commissioner (TC) has asked all the RTOs across the state for promoting the motorists for using this application that has been offered by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway.
As per his latest order issued to the National Informatics Centre, the group has prepared a citizen self-backlog module. With this directive, the clerks at the RTO have been given special power in the premises for verification of details that are being uploaded by individual users at the assistant regional transport officer (ARTO), officers or with other officers.
