Maths teacher arrested for repeatedly raping 12-year-old girl in Maharashtra

Nagpur: A maths teacher has been arrested by the police for repeatedly raping a 12-year-old girl student studying in his school in Nagpur city of Maharashtra. And an officer gave information about this incident on Wednesday.
According to the information received from the officer, it has been said in the complaint that the 57-year-old accused has sexually assaulted the minor in the last about three months.
The 12-year-old victim is studying in class VI. And for the last few days, she was also having severe pain in his stomach. When her mother took her into confidence and asked her what had happened, the girl narrated her ordeal.” Sakkardara police station official said.
Accused started threatening her not to reveal their relationship to anyone
The victim also told her mother that after giving the exam on April 5, the accused took her to the science laboratory in the school and sexually assaulted her there.
The victim also told her mother that he had raped her several times since December 10 last year, saying that he would marry her soon.
However, the police said that the accused started threatening her not to reveal their relationship to anyone else he would kill her.
The victim’s mother has filed a complaint against the accused, Based on which the police registered a case under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 376 (2) (f) (rape of a woman below the age of twelve years), 376 (2) (n) (repeated rape), 506 (criminal intimidation) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act.
