Chandrapur once again became coronavirus free
At present, there is no active covid case of coronavirus in 6 out of 11 districts of the Vidarbha region. Nagpur (2), Gondia (2), Buldhana (2), Amravati (1), and Gadchiroli (1) are some of the districts where coronavirus patients are being treated.
Nagpur: The district has once again become coronavirus free after a gap of about 8 days with the only covid patient under treatment in Chandrapur district making a complete recovery on Thursday.
At present, there is no active covid case of coronavirus in 6 out of 11 districts of the Vidarbha region. Buldhana (2), Amravati (1), Nagpur (2), Gondia (2), and Gadchiroli (1) are some of the districts where coronavirus patients are being treated. A total of 8 covid patients are being treated in this entire area. No new covid case of any kind has come to light in the Yavatmal district for almost 35 days. District Akola is also coronavirus free for the last 20 days.
810 Tests of total covid have been done in Nagpur district
In the Vidarbha region too, more than 2,600 tests have been conducted in the last 24 hours. In Gadchiroli also only 1 of them has tested positive. At the same time, one covid patient each from Gadchiroli and Chandrapur has been cured. No death has been reported due to coronavirus for the last 21 days. The number of new covid cases in the month of April has completed half-century on Thursday. So far in the month, 72 patients have been cured against 50 new covid cases.
In the last 24 hours, 810 tests of total covid have been done in Nagpur district. None of them have tested covid positive at all. 2 covid patients are under treatment in district Nagpur and both are in Nagpur city (Nagpur municipal corporation area). Both covid patients are recovering in home isolation. The hospitalization rate in the Vidarbha region is almost zero.
