The gang that robbed Mangesh Vandre and his wife valuables worth around Rs 80,000 at knifepoint has used a stolen bike to escape. Although this gang remains elusive, police officers have recovered 3 bikes, In which, a bike is also included which was abandoned while being chased by the patrol team of Beltarodi police.

When the police officers got information about the robbery, then during the investigation of the case, a house was found open in the area, But no one from the Hivrale family was present. When the police officers looked inside, they found empty packets of ready-to-eat Chinese food and sauce sachets in the kitchen. Because of which the police called it the handiwork of the miscreants.

Dacoits Were Also Heard

The police officer is also shocked as the ‘humble’ dacoits addressed Vandre as ‘Mangesh Bhau’ and demanded around Rs 6 lakh from him. While presenting the blanket, he also urged Mangesh and his own wife to ‘sleep in peace’.

While leaving the house, the dacoits were also heard talking about ‘teaching moti (fat women) a lesson’, citing some unknown incident among themselves.

Although there were some similarities with the latest robbery, which happened in Dabha about 2 weeks ago, But there are some issues which have kept the police officers confused.

The dacoits in Dabha were talking in Hindi, Whereas in Chinchbhuvan many gang members were speaking in Marathi as well, which also indicates the involvement of the local people.
