Double vaccination: Lax in implementing first day
Both the doses of covid vaccine have been made mandatory for employees working in various establishments and every citizen visiting government offices.
Nagpur: Even after a double covid vaccination certificate became mandatory for visiting all government offices including for traveling in Apli buses and Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) premises, Nagpur Municipal Corporation has completely failed to implement this order on the 1st day itself.

By issuing a notification under Break the Chain on Monday night, both the doses of covid vaccine have been made mandatory for employees working in various establishments and every citizen visiting government offices. Apart from this, double coronavirus vaccination was also made mandatory for every person above the age of 18 years traveling by bus, autorickshaw, or any other means of public transport.
Many visitors who did not take both the covid vaccine shots Additional Municipal Commissioner Ram Joshi has told that Then they were denied entry to the Nagpur Municipal Corporation offices and to the premises. Joshi has also said that the purpose of the new decree is to ensure that every person gets covid wax.

Citizens were completely unaware of these new rules in government offices as well as in many places.
The Transport Department of Nagpur Municipal Corporation was also completely unaware of all these new rules. A senior official of the department has also said that “we have not received any communication and the department cannot alert any of the operators of your bus,”
However, the Nuisance Detection Squad (NDS) of NMC under the command of Commandant Viresen Tambe was fully active since early morning hours. Viresen has said that he got the notification on Monday itself and later all the zonal teams of Nuisance Detection Squad were fully alerted about it.
In many places, the Nuisance Detection Squad team has found that the shopkeepers did not show the covid double waxed certificates.
Viresen also states that similar inspections were carried out in several commercial areas including Sakkardara, Dharampeth, Sadar, Kalamna, Sitabuldi, Jaripatka.
