Maha Metro Aqua Route to Kick off on 28th Jan
A big news there for the Nagpur commuters as they can now be able to avail the Aqua route of Maha Metro in city from this 28th Jan. Yes, you heard it right, now all your wait for the route is over as the route from Sitabuldi to Lokmanya Nagar metro is ready to run with commuters now. As per reports, the state Chief Minister Mr. Uddhay Thackeray would be coming to the city to flag off the metro on this route this 28th Jan.
As per reports, the inauguration ceremony has been planned at 10.15 am which will also have the Union Minister for Transport and Highway Mr. Nitin Gadkari along with others. The event would be organized at the Subhash Nagar metro station based on Hingna Road. The PWD Minister for state Mr. Eknath Shinde would be present at the said occasion. Also, Mr. Anil Deshmukh would be present.
The others include Dr. Nitin Raut, Guardian Minister, Sunil Kedar Anil Husbandry and Dairy Development Minister, and city Mayor Sandeep Joshi along with other members of NMC and leader of opposition Mr. Devendra Fadnavis would be present at the event. The Maha Metro MD Mr. Brijesh Dixit has appealed people to be present in large numbers at the event. With this line, the people would be able to connect to the places like Prajapati Nagar and others falling on the way to Lokmanya Nagar. The opening of this line would help both the students and people working in industrial areas located at this line.
