But the orders are not being followed at all.

According to sources, horse-trading is going on for choice posting in the general list of about 64 transfers to be done in a few days. Many forest workers are also in competition for lucrative posts.

On the date of August 8, 2021, the Deputy Conservator of Nagpur had issued orders to transfer about 38 Foresters. However, his transfer to Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal was also challenged by several forest workers including Parag Madke and got a stay on August 11.

Parag Madke had submitted a request application

Parag Madke, who is currently stationed in Kubala under the Khapa range, was also fully stationed at Narhar in West Pench, Where he worked from 1997 to 2001. Out of his 24 years of service, he has already served in the wildlife wing for more than 12 years and also seeks relocation to and around Nagpur to take care of his ailing mother, who is 74 years old. His wife is also a Government servant and as per the GR dated 9th April 2018 the amalgamation of both should be considered while transferring the Government servants.

However, despite the ban on her posting, Khapa RFO SG Athawale had directed the all-new outgoing BV Lonare to take over the charge unilaterally. Since the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal stay was in force, Madke has also been working as a forester in Khubala.

On the date of 11th April, Parag Madke had submitted a request application before Chief Conservator, Nagpur, In which he was requested to consider his name for posting in Hingna, ICD (Ajni), Kapsi, Kempty, or Mobile Squad under Seminary Hills Range.

Along with this, Madke had also submitted his civil application before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal on the date of 11th April. Then taking a decision on his application, MAT has also directed the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Nagpur to consider his representation sympathetically and issue transfer orders accordingly.
