This is the second plot that Anjani Krupa has acquired through bidding.
There were around five bidders for one of the land parcels and three for the other purported sources. Speaking to TOI, Narendhra Jichkar of Anjani Krupa said that as per the mandate of MADC, his company will come up with a commercial-cum-residential complex. ”
Development of properties in MIHAN area could go a long way
Anjani Krupa had already taken a plot in MADC and it would be beneficial to take another plot,” He said that the number of bidders was more in the current round as compared to the earlier plot tenders. Narendhra Jichkar said that the plot is located close to Khapri Metro station.
Sources in the real estate sector have said that the development of properties in MIHAN area could go a long way in bringing affordable options to buyers as compared to city rates.
