Middle aged man rapes 28-year-old women, Rajesh Sarda elected as SHCV President

Nagpur: Police of Hudkeshwar have registered a case against a man for allegedly raping a 28-year-old woman on the pretext of marrying her between January 2020 and May 2021.

And the person has been identified as Pathak of Kedarnath This 50 year old man not only hid his marriage from the victim woman. Rather, when the woman became pregnant, the woman was also forced to have an abortion, the victim woman has informed the Hudkeshwar police about it.

The 28-year-old victim woman has told in her complaint that Pathak had promised to marry her and between January 2020 and May 2021, Pathak sexually assaulted the woman. As 50-year-old Pathak had promised to marry the 28-year-old victim woman, she himself gave his consent. And then during this time the woman became pregnant.

After this, the accused had also given pills to the woman to abort the pregnancy and then continued to sexually abuse the woman. However, in September 2021 this year, the woman came to know about it that the accused Pathak was already married. When the woman confronted him, then after that the accused started avoiding the woman’s texts and calls.

Angered by this, the woman approached the Hudkeshwar police and then lodged a complaint against the accused Pathak. Hudkeshwar police have registered a case against the accused under sections 504, 506, 376, 313, 323 of IPC and now the police is investigating further.
