Sharad himself, an employee of the education unit of the district council, has also said that due to too much delay in salary, many things disturb the life of the teacher.
Sharad has said that almost all of them have taken loans and EMI has also been deducted from their salary account. This EMI deduction is done only on a fixed date and no one shows the generosity of the bank at all. The penalty charges that accrue are also exorbitant and tend to spoil the credit history of the borrower.
Teachers are not being recruited
It has been told to the teachers that the paperwork is causing so much delay. Sharad has said that on the date of March 3, the salary for the month of January was deposited in the bank account. If such delay is due to paperwork, Then the easiest way is to start the process very early. Now they have an online pay credit system, Yet this is such a delay, which is completely incomprehensible.
The teacher recruitment of Zilla Parishad School is also stalled for many years.
A teacher of the Zilla Parishad has said that they cannot speak openly against the delay in this issue of salary as action will be taken. And already teachers are not being recruited at all because more students are transferring to private English schools. There is also a very good level of enrollment in the far flung areas of his district.
