31 booked for promoting enmity against Asaduddin Owaisi

New Delhi: Delhi Police has also booked at least 31 people including All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi for allegedly making provocative remarks. Which “promotes enmity even between different groups”. Along with this, the former chief of the Delhi BJP media unit, Naveen Kumar Jindal, expelled from the party, is also named in the FIR.

“One such twitter tweet was also posted by Naveen Kumar Jindal from his handle ‘@naveenjindalbjp’. Which words and language were also used against Prophet Muhammad. These words, even used by Jindal, were too provocative and more than enough to incite even a feeling of hatred among the people. Which can also be harmful to the maintenance of public peace,” The FIR lodged by the police is also read.
Deliberately using hate-disgusting languages
Adds FIR, More recently also, the words and language used by Jindal in the above tweet (sic) have also been widely circulated. This tweet was also analyzed and it has also come to light that he had used many words for Prophet Muhammad which have not been reproduced (in the FIR) due to the sensitivity of the issue.
