Practicing without any registration

The Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques committee of this district is also under investigation. Because one of its most prominent members was a close relative of Dr. Neeraj. Police sources had earlier said that the member had tried to enter Kadam Hospital alone late in the evening during the ongoing investigation. But a constable posted on guard duty had stopped him completely.
The family was also running the hospital with more beds than approved under Bombay’s Nursing Home Registration Act. Police have also told that Dr Kadam was also practicing in Maharashtra without any registration.
