Wockhardt Hospital becomes the 1st Pvt Hospital in Nagpur for COVID 19 Treatment Center
A good news there in Nagpur as one of the leading hospitals like Workhardt has come forward for the treatment of the lethal virus. It will be a big support for the frontline warriors who have waged war against the deadly virus. With this it has become the first private hospital to treat the virus. The hospital is known for its state of art facilities with 45 beds and located at the heart of the city. It has been now converted into a COVID 19 hospital which will deal with treating these cases only.
On the other side, the 125 bedded unit found on NA road located in Shankar Nagar will continue catering the services as the multispecialty hospital treating Non-COVID patients. The hospital is known to have highly qualified doctors and surgeons who would play an important role in dealing with the COVID 19 cases. These include the doctors like Dr. Nirmal Jaiswal, Dr. Atul Somani, Dr. Ajay Sakhare, Dr. Vaibhav Agrawal and Dr. Swapna Khanzode.
The staff of the hospital has been given the required training to handle the COVID 19 cases. All thanks to the regular mock drills that were carried out using the dry runs, the hospital seems to have come ahead with the best place to deal with the fatal virus. As per the Live Nagpur reports, the Centre Head, Wockhardt Hospitals, Nagpur of K. Sujatha said that the hospital has a bigger role to play now and they are all prepared to face the challenge to contribute for the fight against this pandemic.
