We know Abacus to be an ancient tool for carrying out various calculations, which have been into place since centuries. The earlier days societies used to rely on Abacus form of it to count and carry out a long arithmetic problems before they seemed to have invented the numbers. The Alama Abacus in a sense happens to be an authentic platform that offers some of the best and most advanced abacus concepts helpful for children’s development.
It helps in developing the brain skills which are based on Abacus that goes on to nurture the logical thinking of the kids. In order to spread the awareness and understand the importance of Abacus, Alama Abacus the known body in the city has orgnaised the state level competition called ’ABACUS&MENTAL ARITHMETIC-2019’this Sunday on 10th November 2019. The venue for the said competition would be New India Convent, High School and Junior College,Chandrapur.
The guests in the competition would include Prof.Suryakant B.Khanke,Chandrapur. General Secretary Gondwana Shikshak Prasaran Mandal, Mrs.Kalpana Pradeep Pundalikar,Editor of Dainik Mahavidharbh & Hindi Mahavidharbh,Chandrapur, Mrs.Padmavati Muthukumar,CEO and Founder Alama International,Hyderabad, and Mr.Ashish R Dheer,Chairman of New India Convent High School&Jr College,Chandrapur. It was said to be one of the its kind to see the competition to see students participating in the same.
