Cases double in a day in Nagpur, take Vidarbha tally past 600

Nagpur: Daily coronavirus cases have more than doubled in a day in district Nagpur, On Wednesday, probably for the first time after the date of June 11, the number of Vidarbha region has exceeded 607.

District Nagpur alone has 404 new cases of covid for a TPR of 4.98%. Out of 607 new cases of covid in this region, 26 have been reported cured. One death has been registered in district Chandrapur on Wednesday. 4th death of the month and the 2nd death from district Chandrapur.

Along with this, in Nagpur, 49 were from rural, 329 from the city, and 26 from the outer district were covid patients. A total of 24 patients have been completely cured in the day. District Nagpur’s tally was the highest in 202 days (28 May). The cases in the five days of the month of January are very high as compared to the cases registered in any month from July to December last year.

18,284 cases were registered in the month of June, In January, 1,318 covid cases have been registered in just five days. The number of active cases has also exceeded 1,000 in Nagpur district.

Washim: This district has reported two coronavirus cases, taking the number of active cases to 6.

Bhandara: District Bhandara has conducted more than 600 tests and 11 new corona cases have been found.

Gondia: 50 patients are active in this district while 504 tests have been done and 14 new cases of covid were reported.

Akola: There was no recovery but 32 new cases have come out in the district. There are coronavirus 84 active cases in the akola district.

Gadchiroli: 24 new covid cases have been registered and even after doing 750 tests, no recovery took place in the district. 37 patients are active in this district.

Buldhana: After the registration of 9 new cases of covid in the district, 33 active cases have been found. It has done 463 tests.

Amravati: Forty-seven new cases in this district have taken the caseload to 96,364 on Wednesday. In the last 24 hours, 1,299 samples have been tested in the district. The new covid cases have increased the number of active cases under treatment to 152.

Wardha: In this district, out of 636 reports on Wednesday, 14 new cases of covid have come out. Due to this, the active positive 22 more caseload has increased and has increased to 49,465.

Yavatmal: The toll in this district has remained unchanged at 1,788, At present 40 active positive patients are under treatment in this district. The administration has received 1,118 reports in the district, Out of 73,023 positive patients in this district, 71,190 have been cured including 2 on Wednesday.

Chandrapur: Suddenly 31 cases of covid have come out in this district and one more death has occurred on Wednesday. A maximum of 24 patients of covid have been found in Chandrapur city itself. The caseload has also shot up to 88,944 in the district, Which includes 1,545 deaths and 87,339 recoveries. A total of 1,527 samples have been tested in the district. With this, the total sample test has reached 8,03,406, of which 7,13,050 were negative.
