Cases still down, daily tests up; More recovering in Vidarbha
The recovery was remarkably high compared to the new covid cases on Friday. A total of 8,232 people have been cured.
Nagpur: In the Corona case of the Vidarbha region, the highest speed towards the south has been observed on Friday. Despite over 25,000 tests being conducted in the last 24 hours, only 6,023 new covid cases have been reported.
The recovery was remarkably high compared to the new covid cases on Friday. A total of 8,232 people have been cured. The toll has come down to 12 from 22 on Thursday. All these developments have brought a bouquet of positive indicators for the Vidarbha region.
The cases of covid in Nagpur district have reduced significantly. In the last 24 hours, out of around 11,253 reports, 3,310 have tested positive for Covid. More than 50% of the number of people recovering from the Vidarbha region are from Nagpur. From where 4,583 patients of covid have been cured in the last 24 hours.
Akola: Out of 1,089 tests in this district in the last 24 hours, 291 have tested covid positive, Due to which the total case load has gone up to 63,657. A record 396 patients have been cured on Friday. 60,425 have been cured. A total of 2,081 patients of covid are undergoing treatment.
Washim: In this district, after 149 new cases of covid and 170 recovering, the number of covid cases has gone up to 43,845.
Buldhana: A total of 2,629 tests have been conducted in this district in the last 24 hours. With 345 of them testing Covid positive, the total number of Covid cases has reached 92,499.
Gadchiroli: Out of 1,098 tests done in the last 24 hours in this district, 328 tests have come positive. A total of 284 covid patients have been cured.
Gondia: On Friday, 169 new covid cases were reported in this district and 210 have been cured. The total case load has reached 44,868, In which 42,518 recoveries are also included.
Bhandara: A total of 2,730 tests have been conducted in this district in the last 24 hours. Of them, 370 have tested Covid positive. The toll has gone up to 1,137 with one death on Friday. A total of 2,381 patients of covid are undergoing treatment.
Amravati: Out of 946 samples tested in the district on Friday, a total of 273 new covid cases have been reported, Which has taken the caseload to 1,03,087.
Yavatmal: 99 covid positive patients (67 men and 32 women) have been registered, Due to which the toll has remained unchanged at 1,791. At present, there are 2,010 active covid positive patients, Out of 76,866 positive patients in this district, 73,065 including 201 have been cured on Friday.
Wardha: Out of 1,520 tests in this district, 264 have been found to be covid positive on Friday. Meanwhile, 160 have been discharged, No one has died.
Chandrapur: Friday has seen more recovery than recovery. 607 have been cured against 416 new cases of covid in the day. The toll of this district is 1,550. A total of 8,41,333 samples have been tested so far and they have given 7,43,000 covid negative results.
