The Nagpur railway station is witnessed some repairing work on platform 1 that remains an affected area for the people traveling to various destinations and landing at the said platform. As per reports, it has affected the rail traffic as well as it is not allowing the mail trains to take the passengers from the said platform. This will affect the operation of the trains until the 9th of Feb claimed the reports.
Thus the trains halting at the said platform are now being diverted either to Ajni or Itwari depending upon their routes. As per reports, few trains would be even operated from Ballasrshah stations. However, some of the trains have been even canceled that include the 51286 Nagpur-Bhusawal passenger, 52160 Nagpur-Wardha passenger and 51285 Bhusawal-Nagpur passengers on February 8 and 9 along with 51261 Amravati-Wardha passenger, and 51259 Wardha-Nagpur passengers that would remain affected for February 8 and 9.
The others that would be canceled include the57135 Ajni-Kajipet on February 9. The cancellation of these trains also include the 12160 Jabalpur-Amravati and 12119/12120 Amravati-Ajani-Amravati intercity express. This has also added some temporary halts on Tuljapur and Dahegaon railway stations. However, on February 9 the 12290 Nagpur-Mumbai duranto express will start from Ajni station and the other trains like 12289 Mumbai-Nagpur Duranto on February 8 will terminate on Ajni station.
Similarly, the 58811 Ramtek-Nagpur passengers running on 8th Feb will terminate on Itwari station while the 58810 Nagpur Ramtek passenger will be operated till Itwari.On 8th February the 57135 Ajni-Kajipet passenger will be from the Balharshah station.
