On the move of Mumbai Police against Nitesh Rane, Narayan has said that what is the arrest for, what has Nitesh Rane done? Those in power in the state are too scared to face him in the upcoming Sidhudurg district bank elections. And that is why they are doing so out of political vendetta.
Kandivali police have issued summons to Nitesh Rane in the attempt to murder case. Rane has said that whatever tax the state government has to do, Nitesh has not done anything wrong. And he has no involvement of any kind in this incident as he is claiming.
Rane has also said that there is no need to hide Nitesh at all as he is an MLA.
Funds for irrigation projects
Narayan Rane has said that he is only in the Sidhudurg district. And they will take legal help only to stop people from spreading false news about him and his arrest with the help of media.
The former CM was interacting with the media only after reaching Nagpur airport on Monday. Rane has said that he is in the city to attend the Agro-Vision exhibition. And that is why the media should ask questions related to farmers and their issues.
On the non-release of funds for irrigation projects in Vidarbha for the last two years, Rane has replied that he will look into the matter and try to resolve it.
Rane also said that he will ensure that the Vidarbha region gets various projects under the MSME scheme. He has also said that his department will work only to help people become businessmen, generate employment and increase the income of the regions and the nation.
