Finally some sigh of relief for the local businessman and others as one can see the malls opening today in the city. As per the civic body – NMC, they had planned to open up the malls and shopping complexes in Nagpur from 5th August. So going as per their promise, they have passed the order for the same. Except the multiplexes, food courts, food zone, and restaurants everything would be open inside the mall. However, the civic body has given the timing for the same. They will be opening in the morning sharp at 9 am and will last to 7 pm.
The NMC however, has indicated clearly that if the mall fails to follow the guidelines as set by them, they are going to face the action. As per the Nagpur live report, the relaxation has come only after the state has declared to unlock the closed malls in the Unlock 3.0 in the city that comes under the drive called Mission Begin Again. The Nagpur Municipal Corporation will be monitoring these malls with their squad and other sources to see things are moving in the right direction.
Like the market, the malls would be functioning on alternate days as per the odd and even basis. Also, the people are now allowed to travel double seat in the city during the unlock 3.0. However, they are required to take all the required guidelines as set by the civic body. The autos will also start working from today, while masks and helmets have been made compulsory for the people travelling on the roads. Stay tuned to know more about it and others only with us.
