No covid death in Vidarbha after gap of 2 months

Nagpur: Not a single coronavirus death has been recorded in Vidarbha after a gap of nearly two months. And the last time the Vidarbha region was free from coronavirus deaths was on the date of January 9, And then after that, the toll also started increasing.

Three districts of Nagpur’s division – Gondia, Bhandara, and Wardha – have not registered a new Covid case, Less than five new coronavirus cases each have been reported in all the districts of the Amravati division.

With this, the daily test has crashed to around 3,400 due to the holiday the day before. The cases of new covid have also decreased from about 50% to 34 as compared to 64 on Tuesday. Active covid cases have come down to 547, Whereas 160 covid patients have been cured in the day.

In district Nagpur, 14 cases have come out and 62 have been cured. While the treatment of 241 covid patients is still going on.

Yavatmal: Toll has been kept unchanged at 1,803 only. At present 23 covid patients are also under treatment, One of whom is also in isolation in the hospital. Along with this, the administration also received 188 reports in this district. So far, out of 79,059 patients of covid, 77,233 have been cured including seven on Wednesday. The mortality rate is 2.28%, the test positivity rate is 9.36%, and the daily positivity rate is 0.53%. There are 1,765 beds available for coronavirus patients in this district.

Amravati: Seven healthy and only one new covid case has been registered in this district on Wednesday. With this, the caseload has reached 1,05,918 and total recoveries to 1,04,278.

Wardha: Not a single new positive case has come out of the 71 tests on Wednesday. Along with this, after the discharge of six patients, only 20 are being treated in the district.

Chandrapur: On Wednesday, out of 501 tests, two new covid cases have been found in the district, While three have become healthy. With no casualties reported in the district during the day, 23 patients were undergoing treatment.

Bhandara: This district has not registered a single new case from the tests of 29 coronaviruses, While 10 have recovered in the district, 23 patients were also undergoing treatment.

Gondia: 28 tests have been done in this district but no new case has come. The number of active covid cases has come down to seven, While 14 patients have been cured.

Akola: In this district, five patients have been cured and a new covid case has come out in 57 investigations. Treatment of 25 covid patients is going on.

Gadchiroli: In this district, 11 new coronavirus cases have been reported and 43 have become healthy. At present, 88 patients are being treated in the district, and 387 tests have been done in Gadchiroli.

Buldhana: After the registration of four new covid cases in this district and the discharge of nine covid patients, there are 56 active covid cases in the district. It has done 131 tests.

Washim: This district has registered one covid case out of 178 tests in the last 24 hours and six have recovered. No one has died and 25 covid patients are undergoing treatment.
