Shiv Thakare becomes new captain of Bigg Boss 16 house

Bigg Boss 16 season has been making a lot of headlines as the housemates have been quite successful in providing loads of entertainment for the viewers. This week again after the action-packed Weekend Ka Vaar, Bigg Boss announced the captaincy task and it happened among the former captains as well.

As per various reports, Shiv Thakare has become the winner of the task and now Shiv Thakare has become the new captain of the Bigg Boss 16 house.

Meanwhile, in a promo released by the makers of the reality show, Bigg Boss announces a captaincy task of the house in which ‘King’ Sajid Khan’s favorite contestant and former captain Shiv Thakare, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and Abdu Rozik are competing against each other.

The trio is then given the opportunity to earn the captaincy in a task In which non-favorites Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Ankit Gupta, Archana Gautam, Tina Datta, Shalin Bhanot, and Soundarya Sharma had to enter a giant skull and were instructed to do certain things.

Viewers will get to see the captaincy task

Sajid, who is the moderator, is seen officiating various challenges posed by non-favorites such as gulping down a bowl of salt, and three water bottles, and eating two teaspoons of chili powder, among other things. Sajid starts shouting loudly and is seen saying, “Main bhi chilla sakta hu! Bilkul sahi hai, sanchalak cheater hai.” It is also to be noted that both Priyanka and Archana were calling him out for cheating in the game and this does not go down well with Sajid at all.

In the upcoming episodes, the viewers will get to see the captaincy task. Meanwhile, on the news of Shiv Thakare becoming the captain for the second time, mixed reactions from the audience are also coming to the fore on social media. Now it is going to be very interesting to see how the housemates will react to his ascension because at the moment many of them are out with Shiv Thakare as he is often accused of favoring his friend Adbu, Sajid, and MC Stan.
