Test decline, no cases in 7 districts
Out of Akola, Amravati, Nagpur and Chandrapur, about 83 covid patients are still undergoing treatment after 12 patients have been cured. The death toll from covid remains unchanged.
Nagpur: On the eve of the festival of Diwali, testing in the field has dropped to around 3,800 from around 5,000 a day earlier, No case of covid has been reported in 7 districts. Out of which Gondia district has been coronavirus free. Only 7 new covid cases have been found from Gadchiroli, Nagpur, Amravati and Chandrapur. This was also the third time in the last 5 days. At the time when single digit covid cases were registered in this area.

Washim: Not a single covid case has been registered and no patient has been cured in the district. While the toll of the district has remained unchanged. The active case tally in the district is only 3.
Gondia: No case or discharge of any kind happened in the district as the district has been coronavirus free.
Buldhana: No new coronavirus case has been found in this district. According to official figures, no recovery has been reported. There are 9 active cases of coronavirus left in this district.
Akola: No case has been found, but 1 covid patient has been cured in the district. There are 8 active covid-19 cases in this district.
Gadchiroli: 1 new covid case has come out. But no covid patient has been cured. There are 3 active patients of covid in this.
Yavatmal: Keeping the number of covid dead in this district unchanged at 1,787, not a single death has been reported on Wednesday. Not a single covid positive patient was found. Presently 5 active covid positive patients are also under treatment. The administration has received about 37 covid investigation reports on Wednesday. Out of about 72,909 covid positive patients, about 71,117 have been cured. The test positivity rate in this district was up to around 9.61%, the fatality rate in the district is up to 2.45%. Yavatmal daily positivity rate is 0.
Amravati: As many as 156 samples have tested positive in the district as of Wednesday. This has taken the caseload in the district to around 96,152. While the recovery in the district has increased by one and has touched the rate of 94,549, 98.33. With no deaths reported in the district, the number of active covid cases under treatment remains 7.
Wardha: Not a single new covid positive case has been found in the district on Wednesday. There has been no report of recovery or death in the district. The district’s caseload remained unchanged at 49,408, district’s recovery at 48,075 and district’s toll at 1,326. Not a single one of the 254 covid test reports in this district was positive. There are 3 active positive covid cases under treatment in the district.
Chandrapur: As against 3 covid patients being cured in the district on Wednesday, the active figure of coronavirus has gone up to 12 with the detection of only 1. The day has again been covid casualty free in the district. The caseload of Chandrapur has increased to around 88,816. Which includes 1,542 deaths of covid and 87,262 recoveries of covid.
