Veteran Choreographer Saroj Khan Passes Away, She was 71
A bad news there for the B Town fans as we see another celeb from the industry passing away. The known choreographer or dancer director Saroj Khan passed away this morning at 7 at Guru Nanak Hospital in Bandra, Mumbai. It seems that the industry is facing tough time losing one actor to the other. First it was Irrfan Khan then Rishi Kapoor and these deaths soon followed by the suicide case of Sushant Singh Rajput and now we hear the lady Saroj Khan.
She started her career as a child artist working at the age of 3 and got married when she was 13 years of age. Her career in Bollywood as a choreographer started in 1974 with the film Geeta Mera Naam. However, she rose to fame with her song called Hawa Hawai released in 1987 with the film Mr. India. She had done a number a number of songs with actors like Madhuri Dixit and Sridevi. She had come a long way in doing more than 2000 movies.
As per reports, her funeral will be done today at Malad Graveyard as per the Muslim Customs since she has been a practising Muslim. While she lost her life with cardiac arrest. She left behind her daughter Hina Khan and son Hamid Khan. Hina is a known TV actress and has done her debut in B Town with the film Hacked. The lady was admitted last month for some breathing issues and was supposed to get her discharge soon. Stay tuned to know more about her and others only with us.
