It was a big day in Nagpur along with the country to celebrate the 71st Republic Day in the city. People of all age groups seemed to have a good time showcasing their patriotic feeling and emotions on hit big day in the city. The celebration was grand in Nagpur as far as checking it out at the historic group of KP is concerned. We had a huge gathering for the flag hoisting and parade evident on the group in the presence of the chief guest Dr. Nitin Raut the Guardian Minister of Nagpur.
The Minister was seen hoisting the tricolor in the city and took the guard of honor as well. Police and other personnel seemed taking out an impressive march past that seemed to have come along by colorful cultural programs presented by the school students of different schools. The minister was accompanied by different government officials including the Divisional Commissioner, Police Commissioner and NMC Commissioner, Tukaram Mundhe.
A good amount of crowd was seen gathered at the venue to celebrate this big day. The other highlights of the city included all the schools and other institutions having flag hoisting programs at their places. Even residents of different societies and colonies too were seen hoisting the tricolor, while youngsters were seen with the flag on their bikes and four-wheelers to enjoy and celebrate the spirits of the festival.
