ATM Breaking Gang One Arrested, 42 Year Old Rape Accused Booked for Allegedly Molesting & Threatening Girl to Withdraw Rape Case
Police in Nandanvan on Thursday registered a case against a 42-year-old accused for allegedly molesting a 26-year-old girl and threatening to withdraw the rape case.
ATM Breakers Gang in Wadi One Arrested
Nagpur: Vigilance officers of MIDC Police on Friday arrested a gang member who broke into an ATM machine from Wadi in a late night operation. However, the two more accused fled, the police officers confiscated the vehicle and some other material.
Police sources have told that, due to patrolling during night time, a suspicious vehicle was coming to the MIDC police near the policemen. But, when all the policemen asked the driver to back away, the driver tried to run away from the spot. And after that all the existing policemen chased them under the police station of Wadi and caught the driver accused, however, two accomplices of the driver accused escaped and managed to evade arrest.
The cunning accused and all the seized material has been handed over by the police to the Wadi police for further investigation.
Threatening Victim to Withdraw Complaint
Nagpur: Police in Nandanvan on Thursday registered a case against a 42-year-old accused for allegedly molesting a 26-year-old girl and threatening to withdraw the rape case.
The identity of the 42-year-old accused, Tauseef Abdul Khan, a resident of Sadbhavna Nagar, continues.
The 26-year-old victim has told the police that both Tauseef and he used to sell plaster of Paris artefacts. And in the month of January 24th this year, Tauseef had raped the girl.
Girl has filed a complaint against 42-year-old Tauseef, after the complaint was registered, the police registered a charge against Tauseef Abdul Hasan Khan under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
Between September 3 and September 9 of this month, Tauseef Abdul Khan entered the victim’s house. And after breaking the modesty of the victim girl, Tauseef threatened to kill the woman if she failed to withdraw the rape case against Tauseef.
After the complaint of the victim girl, the Nandanvan police have registered a case against Tauseef under sections 354, 506 (b), 452, of the Indian Penal Code.
