Book Meet by Nagpur Book Club Organised in City
Nagpur Book Club is a platform for book lovers of our city. The group keeps on orgnaising various events that revolves around the books. The club is back with yet another book meet organised where reviews on various books were made by the old and new members of the club. As per reports, around 30 members attended the session for the December Book Meet to discuss a variety of books.
The session introduced a couple of young members reading different books and their love for reading a variety of quality literature that impressed one and all. One of the members who presented the review include Viplove Seth who talked about running by the author called Murakami. He informed howe well connected the author is long distance running that makes him participate in these shows. The other speaker was Sonal Jain who talked on several books mainly on philosophy, which she has read all these years.
She said she is currently reading the book called Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance by the author called Robert Pirsig. The others who reviewed the books include Sanjana Jain (“The Fountainhead” by Ayn Rand), Sharanya Bhongade (Bad blood by John Karrieyrou), Suraj Motwani (The Case for Reason by Narendra Dabholkar). Vijay Barange (“Ikigai”), Sameer Gangakhedkar (Die Empty by Todd Henry), S.D. Chouharia (The Spy by Paulo Coelho), Tejinder Singh Rawal (Counter Cola by Amanda Ciafone). and Riya Jain (Elon Musk) to name a few. While Noorjahan Ahmad entertained the people with her brilliant recitation of shayaris.
