City Dental Students Knocks the doors of Court to Cancel Exams
With the propelling increase in the number of cases in the city, everyone seems to be scared at the moment. These include the PG students of Dental Colleges. As per the Nagpur Live reports, the PG students have now been seen knocking the doors of High Court to cancel the exams to be conducted by the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in the coming month. The board has rescheduled the exams in August due to the sudden lockdown announced by the Indian government.
However, now as the cases in the city have gone, a group of MDS students have come out with this demand to cancel the exams as they have their duties in several hospitals in the city and other places as well. The exams are announced earlier and are supposed to start from 25th August, while the BDS exams will be held from 3rd of September. The division of judges in the HIgh Court Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice Anuja Prabhudesai have given their consent to hear the students first before deciding upon the dates of exams.
The judges further said that if any of the party is not happy or satisfied with the other, then the court will take its own course. The court has kept the hearing on 31st July and has currently refused to announce any interim decision for obvious reasons. Well, let’s see how things would move, but at the moment, all eyes are on the date of hearing. Stay tuned to know more about it and others only with us.
