With the state and other board exams being declared in the state, we now see the colleges in the city are now gearing up for their next academic session. As per the Hitavada Cityline, the process for the Diploma Engineering for the next batch has started from today. As per reports, this year, the Directorate of Technical Education has come out with a few things in order to make the admission student and parent centre. As per Dr Abhay Wagh, Director, Technical Education informed the daily newspaper that the process will begin on 25th August.
This year, they are not coming out with any Application Receipt Centre (ARC), instead, they have come up with 336 facilitation centres for the admission who are going for the post-SSC diploma three years program. So far 242 such centres are going to function for the Diploma Engineering after HSC.” Also, he informed that due to the pandemic, the board has also introduced the idea called E-scrutiny just to avoid the social mixing and other norms set by the WHO.
He further informed that there will be a physical presence of students for getting their documents scrutinised at the facilitation centres. However, they will be restricting the number to 20 only. The students will get the time slot for the sme and they are expected to reach on the given time to avoid any issue. He said, the students and parents are required to check the E-scrutiny, which can avoid the other issues. In this system, the students are required to upload their documents on the given site for the admission.
