City Girl Riddhi Palorkar excels in Open Chess Tournament
Nagpur city has been an interesting history of producing some of the best sportspeople. Today, this exercise of producing quality sportspeople has snowballed in the recent past and we see things improving in the right way. Well, one such example is Riddhi Palorkar from a known school Mundle English Medium School who seems to have done an excellent performance in the Open Chess Tournament just recently.
In the recently held Shri. S.N. Shrivastava & Smt. Kalawati Devi Memorial Open Chess Tournament, which was conducted by (NDCA). The Nagpur District Chess Association, Nagpur that was carried out from 9th to 12th December 2019 had some good performances from the city lads. In the said tournament, Miss. Riddhi Palorkar the 9th student from The Blind Relief Association Nagpur’s Mundle English Medium School seems to have done the best.
She bagged The Best Female Trophy and a Certificate making her school and eventually our city proud of the same. The young girl was felicitated by Chairman Shri. Makarand Pandharipande Sir, Principal Mrs. Rupali Hingwe, Head Mistress (Primary) Mrs. Megha Padhye, along with the Staff members who came and congratulated the girl Riddhi for her excellent achievement.
