Come the Diwali season and you have some of the best time for the people celebrating the festival of light. We see a huge surge in the number of people travel as more and more people want to enjoy the festive time with their families. Since a huge amount of people from City are based in Pune and Mumbai working in different sectors including IT, Engineering, Management, and other segments. They rush back to Nagpur to have a good time with family during Diwali.

Considering the higher surge, the city MSRTC and Central Railways have embarked upon special buses and trains to meet the requirements of the people traveling to City from Pune and Mumbai. As per reports, the MSRTC Ganeshpeth has released the list of buses that would be plying during the festive time. As per reports, the buses include the Shivshahi AC and semi-luxury buses starting from 25th October to meet the surge in passengers.

Similarly, the Central Railways have embarked with a couple of special trains that would be plying between Nagpur and Pune. The trains announced include the 82126 Nagpur-Pune Suvidha special leaving on Wednesday from City starting from and return from the very next day. It will stop on all in all the major stations to cover the increase in crowd traveling from Pune to different locations in the North Maharashtra to Nagpur and other cities and towns. Similarly, a special train from Mumbai to Nagpur would be plying on Monday with the number 02024. Enjoy the season !
