Female teacher accuses 2 principals of molesting
The management of Ballapur Institute of Technology has denied the allegations. And termed it as an attempt to malign the image of the college as a whole.
Chandrapur: A female teacher of Ballapur Institute of Technology (BIT) in Bamni has accuses two principals of the college of molestation. And on the allegation of indecent behavior, the woman has also lodged a complaint with the Superintendent of Police. The management of Ballapur Institute of Technology has denied the allegations. And termed it as an attempt to malign the image of the college as a whole.
In this complaint, the victim female teacher named the principal of the polytechnic section, Shrikant Goje. And the principal of the college campus whose name is Rajnikant Mishra. Both have been accused of molesting them on the campus on the date of 6 October. The woman has alleged that both of them have also tried to break the laptop of that woman. And also abused the woman, dragged the woman by the hand and also tore the woman’s clothes.
The complainant teacher has also said that Ballarpur Police has not paid any attention to her complaint. While the management of the college has also turned a blind eye.
Teacher Felt Bad
The working president of the institute whose name is Sanjay Wasade. They have claimed that the teacher felt very bad after the woman was reprimanded by a pair of principals in front of several employees for not conducting online classes.
Sanjay Wasade has said that the aggrieved woman should have approached the Internal Complaints Committee constituted to address this harassment of women employees. But instead the woman went to the police station. And after telling the police about this whole matter, she formally filed a complaint with the authorities of this college.
According to Sanjay, it was about 5 witnesses of the incident. And the woman’s molestation claims are completely baseless. He has said that now we have also sought clarification from both those headmasters. And have apologized to him for reprimanding him in front of the rest of the employees.
He has claimed that in the written complaint given by the female teacher to the college management, there is no mention of any principal touching or abusing her. He has said that now it seems that someone has provoked the woman. And now making false claims to malign the good image of the institute.
