Nabbed 3 members of fake police gang

Yavatmal: Police led by local crime branch chief Pradeep Pardeshi on Saturday arrested three members of an inter-state fake police gang from Adilabad district of neighboring Telangana state. 30 thousand rupees in cash and 1 car of 5 lakh rupees have been recovered from the three accused.
According to SP Dilip Patil Bhujbal, Achutarama Tammy Reddy (21), a resident of Mata Nagar, Thodge Layout of Ralegaon tehsil of Yavatmal, had lodged a complaint with Ralegaon police station on Friday. It is alleged that 1 gang of 5 unknown people had come to his house in police uniform.
He accused Achutarama Tammy Reddy and his own associates of drug trafficking and stockpiling marijuana. And that gang of fake cops also wanted to investigate the rooms. And they had found about two lakh rupees kept in different boxes. Which was collected from the employer of that Achutarama Tammy Reddy against the installments of the loan. Who runs a finance company. The gang of fake police also seized 7 mobile phones worth about Rs 74,000 from his accomplices and the complainant.

Inquiry at Ralegaon police station
But the complainant’s friends and the complainant also suspected foul play. On questioning at Ralegaon police station, Achutarama Tammy Reddy and his friends were surprised that no such seizures and raids had been conducted. And now this case has been registered as a criminal case under relevant sections of IPC.
Only after scanning the footage of the CCTV camera, the LCB has now started the search operation on it. They reached the neighboring district of Adilabad and caught 3 members of that gang. Police have seized 1 car and cash up to Rs 30000 from the three members. And all three have confessed to this crime.
2 miscreants are still absconding. The SP had said in a press conference held at the Police Headquarters in the afternoon on Sunday. That the identity check would now be done in front of the magistrate on Monday.
PI Pradeep Pardeshi has said that the names of the three arrested people will be disclosed only after the identification parade. And now further investigation is going on.
